PERMANENTLY CLOSED NOW A while back I walked in to order. A staff worker was cleaning the glass door. When I went in only 1 staff member behind the counter but they never came to me to ask for my order so I went to the restaurant next door. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t know why they ignored me. Oh well.
Was good for the first couple of weeks they were open, and has fallen off considerably since then. Doesn't seemed to be managed very well as orders aren't ready when they say they'll be, and they aren't always open during their posted hours. Too bad, I liked Capriottis
Love the sandwiches and was so excited once I realized one was closer to me now that moved from the valley to el segundo, but every time i come either this location isn't open or the doors are locked with only 1 employee being overloaded. Good luck guessing when you can actually get a sandwich.
I rarely post bad reviews, but this may be my last visit to El Segundo store; I really did try supporting. Posted hours are until 3pm. I ordered online for a 227pm pick up. Got there at exact time & door was locked. I could see 3 employees & 2 custs inside. There was a note on the door 'online orders only'. I tapped on the door and nothing. Waited and knocked again.
