We used to eat here all the time a year ago, not sure if there is different management. 12/5/25 Ordered a big Hot Bobbie and a Pastrami. Waited a long time for them to make, which I wasn't bothered about. Came home and my husband was grossed out taking bites out of the Hot Bobbie. Was literally 1/2 mayo, half all other ingredients. He tried wiping it off but bread was soaked. I tried calling store 3 times and no answer and when I looked at reciept I saw it was charged for a 3rd sandwich, a Philly. Slowest sub shop I’ve ever been into. Came in at 730 (they close at 8) and was the only customer. There were two people working and the lady made me wait while she refilled sauces. 5 mins later they take my order and then another 5 mins to make a sub.
Great food but i waste nearly my entire lunch break waiting on my food. Service is friendly but SUPER slow.
Hago delivery y hoy fui a retirar una orden y la verdad no sé quién me trató peor si el señor de la caja o la señora que prepara, entiendo que tenían muchos pedidos pero yo sólo estaba haciendo mi trabajo . Tan mal me trataron que cancele la orden y preferí irme. Siento que todos merecemos respeto y que si no les gusta su trabajo deberían de renunciar y darse la oportunidad en algo más que les permita ser feliz y respetar a los demás.
Can I tell y’all about the experience we had at this location? James and Sharon made it so special from start to finish. We got the Bobby, and it was so good. I’ve had it before, but this location put extra care and detail into the sandwich like never before. I’m honestly just grateful for this spot and the people who made it great. This is the only Capriotti’s for me.
