Great sandwich shop, just make sure if you want everything on a Philly to say "hey, put everything , including peppers and onions, on that thing " I ordered the deluxe and it came without any of the usual expectations or philly toppings. Sandwiches are good, workers are friendly, good place to check out
This was our first time and enjoyed the food however the service was not the best. We placed our order and sat down. We sat there for 15 mins while people came in placed orders and got their food. None of the employees checked to see what we were waiting for, they could see we had not gotten our food yet. They claimed to call our name but they did not as we were sitting near the counter. I have ordered from this sandwich shop numerous times. Every time has been excellent. The sandwiches here are made quickly and to my requested details. The Bobby and the Original Cheesesteak sandwiches are my go to favorites and are delicious. There is a meatless option too, that i have not tried. The current employees here are friendly and efficient.
For the last 2 years we've seen a decline in this particular shop. Initially the turkey sandwich was the best we'd ever had. Sandwiches are no longer filled with white meat turkey as they used to be. Mine had pieces of dark meat several weeks ago. Bread has changed, although they deny it. I was pretty much done with this shop until today. Delicious food and courteous staff!! I had a Hot Bobbie (slow-roasted hand-pulled turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce, handmade stuffing, and mayo!) and coleslaw on the side (housemade and sweet but not too sweet!!) I also had a vanilla soda!!! — Everything was 10/10!! 🤩 Very good!!!!! 👏
