Delicious food and quick service
The two ladies working today are trying so hard but we have sat here waiting on food for nearly 30 minutes, as has everyone else sitting here waiting. We’ve watched how many orders are coming in and how backed up they are. There is absolutely no prioritization method and no process. They have actually turned people away and people have walked out.

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop absolutely impressed me on my very first visit, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last. The classic cheesesteak was amazing—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches I’ve ever had.
