My sandwich was not made correctly. I placed an online order and requested no peppers, no mushrooms. Sandwich had both on it. I already had to leave one location (Kirkwood Hwy) because they were very understaffed and unable to fill orders in a timely fashion. So I ordered online from Newark location and then drove over to pick up food. On top of the sandwich being made wrong, the process of picking up my order was not good. We really love the impossible steaks and veggie turkey sub options. My wife and I grew up eating Philly steaks and turkey subs and have for a variety of reasons stopped eating meat. What Capriotti’s does is unique and a great service to us and people like us who want the taste experience, but not the meat part of it. Thank you.
