2nd time eating here. First visit wasabout 5 weeks ago around 130 PM. The people were friendly and the dining room was not busy but the wait time for one sandwich was about 15 minutes and what I would expect from a sit down dinner, not a sandwich shop. Thinking this was a fluke, I returned today at about 2 PM. 2 tables in the dining room and a total of 5 customers. 2-3 staff members working, no phones ringing, and no othercustomers for 15-20 minutes, so presumably no orders backed up, and no sandwichesin the to-go section. My Girlfriend has been vegan for 15 years, they made her sandwich with real turkey. Called the store about it, turns out it was the manager that actually made the sandwich. Would never go back.
The food is really good. Service gets a 3 out of 5 because it depends on when you go. There’s a guy there that checks on you and goes above and beyond and his happiness seems to rub off on the rest of the staff. When he’s there 10 out of 10 on service. There’s another girl there that was working when we went on a Sunday. She had a horrible attitude, seemed pissed off anytime she had to take an order or fix her mistakes and audibly can hear her trash talking you when you stood at the counter for help.
