I ordered the large wagyu cheese steak sandwich. I was pleased with the bountiful amount of beef and freshness of bread. I was disappointed with the minuscule amount of cheese, mushrooms and onions. I took the sandwich back to ask if they forgot to add the cheese. They insisted they added some. Rather than ask how to improve my situation, they commented that they couldn’t take back the sandwich to add more. I asked if I could get au jus for it. I was charged $1.60.
