This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered through the Capriotti’s app and very clearly put NO BREAD in the instructions. When I got to the window, they told me to drive back around because the food “wasn’t ready.” Fine. When they finally gave me the order, it was sandwiches with bread. I pointed out that my receipt from the app shows no bread. The guy at the window didn’t care at all, shrugged it off, and basically told me “sorry” while handing me food I didn’t order. Overpriced for the sandwiches that seem to get smaller and worse every couple of months. Come in the morning all the time and the manager always seems in a foul mood and difficult. Much better experience at night. Just seems like the whole place is horribly managed
