DRY DRY DRY turkey and bland sandwiches! Due to doctors and health professionals strongly suggesting no lunch meat, I haven't had a hoagie in 15 years. After finding Capriotti's I was so looking forward to eating a hoagie! What a letdown. The pulled turkey was the driest poultry I have ever eaten to the point where I couldn't swallow. My sandwich and my husband's (which had coleslaw, Russian dressing, etc. so it shouldn't have been dry or bland) lacked any flavor. The steak sandwich was awesome, but they changed their style of fries and I'm very disappointed. Go back to your original fries please.
Chicken cheesesteak was one of the best I’ve ever had. Very good place to eat!
