Service and atmosphere have nothing to with it because I picked it up. The food was terrible. I’ve been getting Capriotti’s pretty consistently for the last couple years. Never again. This new cheesesteak was terrible. Straight up inedible. Too many other great sandwich shops to be wasting my time here.
