Yet another Capriotts visited in town... Great food, fast service
I went in to the Capriotti's on Rainbow at 7:55pm, they don't close until 10pm and got the worst sub I've ever had from them. This has nothing to do with their product, it's the people they choose to employ. They both seemed to care more about trying to close early than giving me a well made sub. There was no flavor and I didn't taste any salt or pepper. Proper Hiring, Consistency and Training needs to be an emphasis.
A 18" philly steak sub is over $29 before tax and tip?
