I really wanted to give them my business. I like to patronize local businesses and give them good reviews if I can. Great selection for door handles of all sorts. We wanted to upgrade our front door handle and deadbolt and couldn't find what we wanted at big box stores but found it free. We had some trouble installing and the owner went out of his way to walk us through the installation.
