I've been a member since 1991 And use most of the services provided only had a slight hicup appling for a $200000 vehicle loan It was fixed in hours and I got phone calls after hours to apologise from near the top The value to me is measured in the hundreds of thousands The best business decision i ever made

I've been dealing with this company for a number of years with no real problems. BUT something has changed recently, they just don't profide the service or attention that's required. Maybe they are to successful and now feel they don't have to deliver customer service. I do not feel like I need to make use of their services anymore as there is no incentive.

Absolutely the worst company. Podium is non stop calling and harassing for signups and won't take no for an answer. Capricorn charge stupid credit card rates on anything they wish to. Credits if they are disputed are hard to get. Unknown charges because someone knows your "cap" number is horrible. A supplier just punch in numbers and then charge a shop for their items. No confirmation on the cards are required...

Be extremely careful with this company. I had over $1000 of charges on my capricorn account from a company and it took 6 phone calls to their accounts team and over 3 weeks for capricorn to credit my account business is very tough at the moment and that meant that i couldn't pay my account on time. I did pay but 2 days late which I emailed them to let them know with no response (as usual) so after their business hours they cancelled my insurance policy.
