☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with my experience. I came to Caprichos because of the great Google reviews, assuming I was receiving services backed by the salon. I had a Brazilian Blowout done on June 16, and after the very first wash, my hair was already wavy and frizzy again. This was not the result that was promised. I was visiting Florida from out of state and didn’t have time to get my hair done before leaving home, so I searched long and hard for a salon with truly excellent reviews. I’m so glad I found Capricho’s Beauty Salon and Spa in Haines City! I wanted a root touch-up, highlights, and a more modern haircut with curtain bangs — and Ilka absolutely exceeded my expectations. Went to get my hair done in layers. 100% will come back. Ilka did an amazing job she is very talented and my hair has never felt and looked this healthy in many years. Very professional environment and got exactly what I wanted.
