Lived here for two years in one of the renovated studios. Absolutely fantastic experience. The location is impossible to beat for the price, and I was able to walk anywhere downtown easily. I was able to afford to live alone on a grad student salary, and I could walk to campus at USF. The best part was the amazing landlord, Nicholas, who was attentive, helpful, prompt, and very nice! Highly recommend checking out Caprice if you're looking to live downtown.

Loved living here! it’s a great location and the property was nice (quiet as well). The landlord (Nicolas) had been truly phenomenal, he cares about the residents and handles issues quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.
Love this place. So close to everything and the landlord Nick is the best ever!
