Went to almost every stone supplier in my area and Capri Stone located in Concord was by far the best experience I had. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Alex the sales representative and store manager. His enthusiasm, attention to detail and knowledge on the stone made my purchasing process a lot smoother than expected. Not to mention he moved over 20+ slabs until we found the perfect stone - which a few VERY popular suppliers would not do. Thank you Alex and Marcia !
Alex was fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us as we explored all the beautiful stone options from granite to quartz and quartzite. This included moving slabs around the showroom so we could compare and contrast and finally come to a decision on our gorgeous kitchen countertops. They also made the process easy to hold, purchase, and then transport our choices to our fabricator.
Alex Lopez was a 10/10. He was prompt with communication. He was patient and clearly understood that this was the type of purchase that would take some time.
