I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza on Valentine’s Day while I was in town for work. I grew up going to their original Chicago/Whiting location, so I was really looking forward to some nostalgic comfort food. Unfortunately, the pizza was extremely disappointing. I ate a slice on my way home and noticed it was dry and burnt, didn’t think of it much since it was an corner piece. but when I got home I realized the entire pizza was BURNT and had no sauce on it. Attitudes are horrible but the foods so good I don’t even care. Can we switch back to the old fries though?
Will never order from here again or try to. Was on hold today for 25 minutes and no one even bothered to answer. Called yesterday 5 times and was hung up on every time. Ordering online doesn’t work kept getting an error message. If you’re not wanting orders just answer and say so. Commercial Capri was never like this nor is Whiting. You have lost several customers now.
I love Capri’s pizza in Schererville Indiana the pizza is always perfect I do recommend because you’re getting flavorful good quality pizza. I enjoy it very much. Thank you Capri’s Pizza
