This is the trashiest, most poorly run mobile home lot (trailer trash park is more fitting), in all of Sonoma County. The manager is a senile puppet for a greedy, heartless owner. You will be lucky to get a response to any need that you may have within a month. THEN, the ol man will "fix" it himself, causing more damage and needed repairs. Do yourself a favor and pass on this DUMP. Tell your friends.
