I've lived here Almost 2 years...the new manager is GREAT!They're cleaning up the place and restoring it...the only issue are some old farts who live in the park and don't want to clean up They're homes!But its improving!
This place is wonderful..I've lived here Almost 2 years.The new manager is cleaning up the place..all for the better.And the few SOUR GRAPES who live there are the only issue!!!!But I love it here..And YES,my name is KA!!!!
I like the park because it's quiet and not many theifs, the new manager Caitlyn I like her , she has helped me, with the partners, she is always friendly to me, and Tony the maintenance man very nice gentleman,
There is nothing available right now, otherwise I'd be applying in a heartbeat. I've spoken to some of the residents who all have good things to say about the park and the improvements that have been made within the past two years. Manager was really nice and gave me a lot of information- she seems very helpful! I will definitely keep calling to see if something has popped up!

Was inquiring about living here until I realized Kayla in the office is very rude and unprofessional and if you bring it up to her or her boss Elizabeth she's even worse. Kayla and her husband who was on the payroll too until she fired live on the property as well. Now why would you want to live here and deal with her attitude everyday! She acts like she's above you but she doesn't even own a home!
