Capri Jewelers is definitely the best jewelry store in Richmond. I had the best experience ever when shopped for my engagement ring. It started from the staff that was very helpful and explained everything in a simple way that I could understand. The price of the diamond is the best and the service ....wouw. Even afterwards.....I received THANK YOU and GIFT CARD in the mail......what a service ....once again even after the selling process......we will definitely will go back to Capri....

I took my broken watch to Capri Jeweler since no other Jewelers in town can fix it.The manager there told me that it should be no problem. It took about 3 weeks but my watch came working and looked so clean. All the staff at Capri Jewelers are so nice and very professional.I love the service I got and definitely recommended it to all my friends.

one of the worst in the Richmond area. They said they designed a piece of jewelry for me.Turned out stones were not set correctly, it was like a piece of junk. I furnished the gold to compensate for them having to redo it twice and still not right.2 other jewl.said was terrible job.
