I started going here about 2 months after having a baby. Karri is the trainer and she is amazing. She puts together your workouts and can make adjustments if necessary depending what you need! She can completely personalize your plan. I have never loved going to the gym so much! I have done so many things that I never even thought I could do. I got my confidence back after gaining weight from pregnancy and I look and feel better than I did before having a baby! Thank you Karri!

Karri really cares about helping people. She has been helping me recover from a car accident. She is always giving me modifications to work around injuries and pain enabling me to get stronger. Workouts are still tough and you can see progress. She also can help with nutrition. She is great...really a good person.

I started at Capri Fitness with 0 skills and 0 muscle. I couldn't do 1 sit-up! Karri is the best coach...a year later, I am still motivated to go to class and so excited about how far I've come, all because she keeps her classes interesting and fun. Call Karri...come try a class! I guarantee you, you won't regret it.

Amazing coach who works with injuries so you can still get a good workout in. Fun group workouts. A great kid friendly gym, Karri is the lead coach and owner of Capri and very personable. I love that she is not affiliated with any other gyms. Helping out small business owners!
