I only visited Capri Dentistry (formerly Poway Dental) once for a basic cleaning and x-rays. I paid $50 on-site after the cleaning because they don’t accept my dental insurance but I was told (when booking my appointment) that they accepted it and didn’t mentioned anything about the new management so I thought everything was normal. 这可能是我经历过最糟糕的牙科就诊体验。我一向不轻易留下评论，但这家诊所的所作所为已经突破底线，必须让更多人知道。 这家牙科诊所表面包装得很“专业”，实则充满欺骗和敷衍。他们对患者毫无尊重，不仅不透明，甚至公然说谎——从虚假的预约安排，到对我正当疑问的无视，处处透露着不负责任和不诚实。我不是在接受治疗，而是在被打发、被忽视，仿佛我的存在就是个麻烦。 他们的行为不只是冷漠，更带有操控性，极具误导性。最可怕的是，他们披着“专业”的外衣，实则毫无真正为病人考虑的心。这种环境不仅令人极度不安，更对心理和身体造成伤害。 如果你在意自己的健康、尊严和基本的沟通，请远离这家诊所。不要被他们的外表欺骗——所谓的“专业”只是幌子，实质是低劣、冷血、极不负责任的服务。我庆幸自己及时止损，但强烈建议你不要让“预感”变成“后悔”。 这不是一个可以给第二次机会的地方。请慎重选择，保护自己。
