As a first time homebuyer, it is the worst experience I’ve had
New homes only downside depending on the home location the back yard the brick fence, is too high. It cuts off from the outside world, almost giving it a prison/ jail like vibe that it's very depressing in my perspective. it would have been better if they brought it down to 2- 3 feet, then attach a regular short fence on top . also, some areas of the home are blocked from natural lighting
