HORRIBLE!! Me and my family lived here for about a year and after we left they forced us almost 6,000 dollars for the move out!! And threatened to damage put credit if we didnt pay!! We have cleaned very well and barely left any scratches but it was as close to how clean the move in was and they want to change us 6000 dollars!! RIDICULOUS!
Great community to live in. Feels super safe, neighbors are great, and the staff is amazing. Namely, Oscar and Jake have always been incredibly kind and friendly!
We only stayed for four months due to the extremely high overall costs. There were numerous hidden fees, expensive utilities, and no parking available for guests or anyone with disabilities. Had items stolen from my car on the street and there were several police presences during the few months. The property also had ongoing issues with bugs and lizards. I want to show my immense gratitude to the maintenance team, who are always working diligently to get our service requests resolved! And to Yvette B., she has always made me and family feel like a priority when I contact her with questions/ concerns. These three have made our move here so seamless and I appreciate them beyond words
There is absolutely no parking anywhere. The only available parking within the community is the future resident parking which they have blocked with traffic cones and say you can't park there between 8 am and 7 pm, but people move the cones and park there because there's no parking. But today, they singled out my boyfriend's car and put a sticker on his window that caused damage to it, and didn't put anything on any of the other cars that were parked there.
