And to Yvette B., she has always made me and family feel like a priority when I contact her with questions/ concerns. These three have made our move here so seamless and I appreciate them beyond words
There is absolutely no parking anywhere. The only available parking within the community is the future resident parking which they have blocked with traffic cones and say you can't park there between 8 am and 7 pm, but people move the cones and park there because there's no parking. But today, they singled out my boyfriend's car and put a sticker on his window that caused damage to it, and didn't put anything on any of the other cars that were parked there. First, I’d like to start by saying the staff has been very nice. Maintenance is friendly annd very helpful, the property overall is well kept. Any time we’ve inquired about issues, they’ve been polite — however, there haven’t been any real solutions provided. Parking is a major problem. You only get one space in a shared garage, which is just not realistic for families with two working adults. For $3,400+/month, more parking should absolutely be included. Yvett ball helped us so much getting situated into our new unit. The maintenance is always on it and security gets right back to you if you need it
There is absolutely no parking anywhere. Makes absolutely no sense to have an apartment complex with zero free parking for their tenants. Honestly, I don't know how this is legal.
