RUN!!! Toxic! Slum Lord :( No one on sight! We lived there for 2 years. At about 8 mo. the owner sold out and we were left with Investment Concepts, Inc. who still owns it today. We were all at their mercy and felt intimidated from the beginning. We went from paying $950 to $1550 for a two bedroom.
