Not a great apartment. Fair warning to those who have a residential parking spot permit, your car cannot be broken or inoperable otherwise they will tow it away. I know it says in a contract but it doesn't make sense at all why it should be in a contract if you pay money for your parking spot, let alone also they don't enforce towing unauthorized (other people parking in your spot)
