Shout out to Jim!! He came out a couple of weeks ago. He squeezed us into his busy schedule at the last minute because one of our slides was misaligned and froze up. He unfroze the slide, checked that each slide motor was operational and re-aligned each slide. He walked me through doing it myself for future reference. He then proceeded to complete a pre-purchase inspection on this 2018 Motorhome with me. He answered a lot of my "newbie" questions and talked me through a few maintenance repairs as well. I can’t express enough how much help Jim has been. His knowledge saved me hundreds of dollars. I called Jim with a Dometic fridge issue, at 5PM on a Tuesday, he stated he was a few weeks booked out but took the time to inquire about my issue. Jim worked with me over the phone for close to an hour, as I was leaving for a trip the next day. James helped me with a complicated Electrical problem. His diagnosis was thorough and he was able to resolve the problem quickly. I would recommend James to anyone and I will definitely be using him in the future.
I called 4 other places to get a quote on a minor fix on my RV. Capretto was the only one who spent some time (it only took 5 minutes) to explain it to me on how to fix it myself. I’m VERY pleased with this. This will be my go to RV service place from now on. Thank you! My slide is now fixed!!
