In Oct 2018 I paid the security deposit for an apartment at Creekepointe. The apartment was to be funded by the housing agency RRHA. The leasing manager did not agree with the price proposal by RRHA. I was told by Shaquill in the rental office that the corporate office would issue me a refund for the security deposit. As of Jan 2019 I have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed Shaquill in the leasing office with no response. I have left multiple messages via phone with no response.
