Worst management I've ever experienced. Refuse to fix emergency maintenance requests, including mold exposure, water intrusion and broken appliances, will take months to fix elevators, and can't even turn on the air conditioning when it's consistently been 80-90 degrees outside.
I only gave one star because zero stars wasn’t an option! This company sucks as a management group in Waldorf! You cannot get in contact with the right people, the people that work in the office at Smallwood don’t know much & it is ridiculous. There are so many different attitudes with the women and they cannot keep a permanent staff. Currently there is only maybe two people that are permanent and they have not been trying to do the work. I love my apartment however I am being retaliated against for exercising my rights as a tenants. My lease is being non renewed I spoke with the property manager and she says there isn’t thing she can do to stop the non renewal. I called corporate and of course no one returned any of my phone calls. Trying to find a new place, I can call home is hard today.
