Horrible property management. Do not recommend. Not professional and don't take problems seriously, and take weeks or longer to respond to tenants. Always making excuses why things can't get done. Work that is done is done cheap. Stay away.
They dont even deserve one start!!!! Capreit has been a nightmare. They overcharged us, took months to refund, then sent a collection claim a year later without notice—damaging our credit. They issue wrongful notices, mishandle tenant records, and neglect basic building maintenance. Completely unacceptable.
