If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I’ve lived in Vancouver for about six years, and this is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Getting any kind of response from management is almost impossible. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemail is often unavailable, emails are ignored, and service requests can simply be closed or removed without any explanation or follow-up. Horrible property management. Do not recommend. Not professional and don't take problems seriously, and take weeks or longer to respond to tenants. Always making excuses why things can't get done. Work that is done is done cheap. Stay away.
They dont even deserve one start!!!! Capreit has been a nightmare. They overcharged us, took months to refund, then sent a collection claim a year later without notice—damaging our credit. They issue wrongful notices, mishandle tenant records, and neglect basic building maintenance. Completely unacceptable.
