I really enjoy the cook of the New York pizza. Usually close to well done crust and the pizza has a good crisp. Little to no flop. However, I am not actually sure if they put sauce on their New York pizza. If they do, it’s such a little amount that you can’t visibly see it when you pull up the cheese. But we eat here enough to know to always ask for a side of marinara or to ask for extra on the pizza. We got a Medium Chicago Cappy and it was very good! I do think the pricing on the website is out of date because the price rang up higher than anticipated. $22.50 vs $24.95
