I really like the staff here, and have had good haircuts in the past, but I recently went in asking for a trim and left with a ton of layers in my hair and it thinned out (neither of which I wanted). I said ok to some long layers and framing around my face and that I didn’t really want it thinned but I guess there was some miscommunication. The haircut isn’t bad, just not what I wanted.
I just finished getting my hair done with Rita and I just want to say that I am so happy with it snd she saved the day and I would highly recommend her
