Update August 2026 - Two years later from this original review, the roof showed enough wear that it was time to replace, here' the updated review. BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): After quite a bit of bids I went with Capp Roofing and in hindsight that was clearly a good decision. After having bids from multiple roofers, ended up going with Capp Roofing. They were not the lowest price, however they were far from being the highest price. Capps Roofing just replaced my cement tile roof with metal (which I would highly recommend switching to), and the entire experience was outstanding. They quoted one all-inclusive price with no surprise add-ons (as all the other companies quoting the job listed as being possible) so I knew exactly what I was paying from the start. The team from Capps recently completed a repair/replace/reinvent job on my roof and gutter system. The house has a challenging design, but they did a great job (in intense heat) and wrapped things up on time and on budget, I'm very pleased.
First class all the way. They were efficient and got the job pretty much done in a couple of days, restoring the gutters on the third day. It looks great and doesn't leak. What more could you ask for?
