Since Capps installed 3 mini-splits, my electricity bill has gone down, and my house is always warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They performed semi-annual maintenance on the ductless heating and AC units. The office personnel were very responsive, and the mechanic was on time, professional, knowledgeable and completed his work in a very timely and efficient manner.
Very happy with my maintenance program through CAPPS. CAPPS installed my mini split system and come out twice a year to check on it. The staff is great and they do a great job!
