Capps has excellent customer service. I had the mini splits installed in 2021 and while there were some setbacks with initial installation their communication was always on point. I've had issues with humidity due to living in an older home, but that has nothing to do with the mini splits. However, Capps has been fabulous at responding to my emails giving suggestions which is so appreciated since I am so challenged when it comes to home improvement stuff!
