Have always had good experiences at CAPPS. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. We find their prices are competitive.
What kind of home store doesn’t offer satin paint? Tried to buy a quart of simple white satin paint but Capps does not have it. Also - was in the hardware section trying to buy some nuts/ bolts and an employee was working in the aisle but did not move out of the way so we could shop. We had to go around to the next aisle to get to the other end. Doesn’t the customer first? Tried shopping there several times- each time it’s a pain. Only go there when I have no choice. Poor quality products and severely overpriced.
Overpriced, poor quality lumber. 5 star reviews must be from employees. I was ignored and passed by several times. Been there several times, thinking first time was a fluke. Never going back.
Great place for what you need , wish they had half day hours on Sunday for out of towners that here at the Lake doing repairs !!!
