I asked for a simple w4 prep for my wife and I so we could avoid underpayment, we just started to file our taxes and we owe way more than is acceptable after paying a firm to help us prep. When I asked for them to review so it doesn’t happen AGAIN, they would only do it if we paid again. You didn’t do the service right the first time, why would I continue to give you money?
