Cappo Management is likely the worst property manager in Ann Arbor. The condition of the majority of their properties is poor at best. I lived in a 6 bedroom house that had 1 tiny bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms, and another unfinished bath in the basement which was not insulated and thus unusable in the winter. Terrible. They take forever to respond to emails asking them to fix things in the house. They didn't change the locks between tenants. They house is old and run down. The locks on the bedrooms doors are the same locks as the locks on the front door. The shower has standing water. We have asked them to fix the shower and have been told there is nothing they can do. I will never rent a house from them again.
