I had an absolutely awful experience dealing with this company! The person I spoke with was a complete nightmare; he flat out refused to give me his name, which was suspicious right off the bat. It's as if they have something to hide! What really infuriates me is their lack of accountability. They seem to think they can get away with anything, even when it's clear that they are responsible for certain issues. There's a massive pothole on a road that they own, and guess what?
