Grateful to have found Cappelli Dental office. I used to have severe anxiety about going to a dentist, but Dr. Cappelli and the staff at Cappelli Dental made me feel so comfortable. They are compassionate, kind, and truly care about their patients like family. I have to go for a cleaning every 3 months. The hygienists are excellent and gentle. I’ve been a patient for almost 15 years and I have always paid for my services in full. Today I had a scheduled cleaning and unfortunately forgot my credit card. When Iinformed them that I would pay the following day, they refused to see me. When I asked to speak to the Dentist, he couldn’t be bothered. You would think that after being a patient for 15 years, they would make an exception. Needless to say, I would never recommend them, nor use their services again.
Dr. Cappelli and his staff are great. Super friendly and normal people. Down to earth is nice to have. Always has lots of good stories and conversations for you. Office is clean and dental work is sound. Thanks!
