Reno was absolutely fantastic. He proactively communicated with us, was flexible in setting up appraisal times, and showed up on time to the appraisal. Beyond that - Reno was extremely thorough with the appraisal. He even spent extra time explaining several things about the appraisal process and relating them to specifics of our property. Extremely professional and courteous!
Reno showed up a half hour late, no phone call, told the finance company we had 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, when we actually have 6 & 4, & lowballed our appraisal so we received less financing.
