In my own opinion, Cappella Assisted Living in Grand Junction was a great place to work until the new EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (Suzanne) started. I believe she has turned Cappella into a hostile environment for residents and staff. Suzanne has been there a little over a year. In that time, some employees have quit because of how hostile she is. Including a nursing director, a maintenance director, and a nursing directors assistant (LPN). The executive is horrible and only cares about money. Residents and family members do not like the way management is running things. Don’t believe me? Just ask them. They pay A LOT of money to live there for management that just sits in their office and refuses to help care staff. Do better Cappella!
We have been so happy with our selection of Cappella Grand Junction! The staff is very professional and helpful to our 91 year old aunt. The facility is impeccable and the food is always great with nice options. Barbara and the team are five star professionals!
Caring staff, healthy environment, great people
Barbara has been quite helpful and easy to get In touch with since my parents started looking at assisted living locations. They did choose Cappella and seem to be getting more comfortable with it. Thanks for all the help and guidance.
