The property manager, Crystal, is the best I've encountered since I’ve lived here for several years. Previous property managers did not fix anything. For example, the side door that requires a keycard to enter and exit the complex was not fixed for almost a year! Crystal ensures things get fixed and does not get enough credit for the stuff she does around the complex. She is the only reason why I am giving a two-star rating!
