This property is a real gem. It sits just off of liberty Road south but far enough off to where it's quiet and secured with gate access in the evenings. The units are top shelf and the campus is always so clean and manicure to perfection. The MDI team are always so helpful and friendly. I really like Desteny the manager she is always working so hard to make this place fell like home.. I love the monthly events that Cappella and Xfinity have in the gathering area They're a nice way to get to know my neighbors.
We are so thankful for our maintenance crew. Jimmy does such a great job in taking care of any issues that happen. We appreciate his friendly professionalism. Thank you also for your quick attention to our security needs and fixing the lollipop light near our unit.

The maintenance gentleman is awesome, he has been very diligent and getting my concerns addressed, now all is working great, he truly went above and beyond and that is something a lot of people don’t do these days, so it was genuinely appreciated. Thank you!
