We bought our house brand new is 2005 32x80 special order, this house has been a nightmare ever since it was set up. First off the walls and ceiling were broken in several different places, where the two halves are put together in the living room the ceiling was leaking and had large gaps down the walls. Terrible. I understand materials have to be low quality, but putting them together shouldn't be. . . Brand new, special ordered manufactured home. Upper cabinets crooked and out of square (have to be taken down and rebuilt to remedy). Walls bowed. Walls not plumb. Holes in ceiling (from top side - - damage to roof?? ) and sloppily covered over with sheetrock mud to patch. Master bathtub had several large chips missing.
