My husband who goes to this practice is disabled and needs assistance cannot go alone. The doctor he was seeing has relocated since his last visit three months ago. When we got there at 9am the reception says to us the doctor no longer works there. We sent you a letter. I say to her don't you have our phone number on file? She says nothing in response.
