Capone’s used to feel like stepping into a scene from an old mob movie. Fifteen years ago, it had real character, a fun gangster vibe, and an atmosphere that made the place memorable. These days, the themed charm has mostly disappeared and the restaurant feels more dark and gloomy than classic and cool. The food is decent, but it doesn’t have the same wow factor it once did. Not sure what’s going on at this place, but the last three times I’ve tried to call for takeout. No one has ever answered the phone. It just rings and rings, or it’s automatically disconnected. Which is a shame because I used to love this place.

The past couple times I've attempted to get food here with the same person behind the counter, whether as a customer or picking up a Doordash order, I've always left empty handed. Today my kid and I walk here to get two slices of cheese pizza each. He says he doesn't have any slices available. When I ask if I could trouble him to make a slice pie (it didn't appear anything else was cooking at that moment, so I'm not sure if this was a bold request), so I could get four slices total, he refused, saying that he'd have to throw... read more

Mary chungus doesn't like rude people. Places an order for pick up online immediately got a call back going when are you picking up your order. Umm what like aren't you supposed to tell me thar? I said idk like 15 20 min when the order is ready. Then they got snappy and said we need an exact time. Seriously? Didn't know i had to give a time to pick up me order. Just rude
