Not the most up to date or the best dental work that I have had. His son is a little bit more up to date and efficient.
Love it here. Dr. Cap is awesome! Kind gentle and friendly. The staff i just lovely.
I love both Dr. Capodiupos. Over the many years I have been there I have had that number of years of unpleasantries with the receptionist/dental assistant. I am leaving because of the rude receptionist/dental assistant and how she handles patients but I stayed with their office for as long as I did because of the dentists/hygienists.
The reception desk is extremily rude. They call everyday to find out if you are going to cancel your appointment, and they are the ones that cancel on you. I've asked not to get calls at work, and they still call.
Treatment success is below average. Guidance and advice on the billing process from this office is very limited. I will look for another dentist.
The Actual dentists and Hygentists are good, the reception staff is horrible. When calling for a question or concern, they are abrasive,rude and degrading. I have been charged for work done that is not covered by my insurance and they willingly performed the work knowing it was not covered and billed me for it with no research. Over all, not a pleasant place to be if you are waiting to be seen
Great dentist for adults, he has partner specialists right in the building making it convenient and easy to receive specialized care. The only complaint I have is that they will not take my daughter as a patient and instead referred us to a pediatric dentist that does not take our insurance. I would prefer a practice that will see the whole family.
