What the hell happened to Captain's???. Since moving to Watertown 15 years ago we have been a huge fan of the little packed bar that had the best prime rib. Followed it to Fort. Noticed some changes in quality and service then, but wrote it off to the expansion and move. But, last night was the bitter end for us and captains.
