The driver of van 39 needs drivers education. He was going 25 in a 50mph zone creating a massive traffic obstruction and hazard. He had a line of cars at least a half mile behind him with no way to safely pass due to oncoming traffic. I tried honking I tried flashing my headlights. I tried everything to get him to pull over and get out of the way. He was extremely unsafe driving at such a slow speed on a major road without reason or his hazard lights on.
The incredible service starts with Violet. She knows where to direct your questions and who to speak with. Sam was my next encounter. He made sure my needs where taken care of. All and all everyone was knowledgeable and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. GREAT experience!
We ordered clear glass for a dresser and cabinet. We made a big deal that we wanted it to be clear, no green or etched labels. It was written on the receipt as clear glass but when we got it home, the cabinet glass was very green. After trying to resolve, we got no where. Just an offer to reorder with a tiny discount. I had a relatively small job that came in at $250. This company treated me with the same professionalism and courtesy as if I had a $25,000 job. The measuring person showed up on time and provided me a quote. The scheduling team did a fantastic job communicating with me and the install tech showed up towards the beginning of the installation window provided. Both the product and work that was done is high quality. If I ever need another piece of glass to be replaced, I know who I am calling.
