First off let me start off with the office has no compassion for a client like me that has been victimized of a horrible past. The staff did not care that I may have anxiety, ptsd, etc. All they cared about was collecting my money in which they clearly showed by not invoicing me first or providing me with an itemized bill or my approval to deduct money from my credit card.
