We waited over 50 minutes for just one pizza and a bowl of pasta. Once the food arrived the waitress never checked on us once. On top of that, we were served a $10 bottled water we never asked for, despite specifically requesting waters with lemon and were told we had to pay for it because we drank it. After the to go boxes were given to us, the waitress didn't come back for another 20 minutes, stating she forgot. Omg the bartender was amazing!!!! I just wish they played his music downstairs!
Food is amazing. They have vegan cheese so they can do vegan pizzas. Drinks are fantastic.
Been a regular at this location for a long time. Love the design, food, and atmosphere! Unfortunately, one of the bartenders caused this all to change last night. Never received service so poor. Horribly rude and unprofessional. I have brought it to the manager’s attention and she was very kind! Thank you again to her. Hopefully this gets sorted as I am definitely hesitant on going back here.
