Vehicle was towed in my apt complex and have registration and a sticker on my vehicle that I am able to park and have been for years. I just had MAJOR surgery and have someone taking care of me so they parked in my garage. I will be following up to get reimbursed or take it to court. When I called, the staff were rude and didn't seem to listen at all. Negative stars if I could. Watch out for this company.
They came into my apartment complex and took my car. It is registered with the apartments and then when we tried to get in contact with them they hung up rudely. So I will be filing a complaint first thing in the morning.
Damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it brand new car. Now seeing these reviews most definately confindent that I will win this sue. Talked to a fellow by the name of chris 9am shift he is completely arrogant horrible customer service.
Wrongfully private property towed my vehicle from my apartment complex, I ended up paying to get it out (bc I need my car) but I work for a towing/ storage facility and happily reported them to TDLR.
